Unfortunately, yes, it is too late to file and receive 资金. The 资金 is intended to assist those enrolled for the spring 2020 semester that filed the FAFSA, expressed need, and have 费用. 请 consider submitting a request 到 内莉基金, which is JU sponsored and supported by generous donors. This fund assists students with emergency financial needs.

The guidelines of the CARES ACT 资金 from the Department of Education did not allow this federal 资金 to extend to international students. However, I will direct you 到 JU Nellie基金 to apply for emergency 资金.

不幸的是,没有. The CARES ACT student fund Department of Education guidelines exclude strictly online students.

在这一点上,没有. 1美元.1M JU received to disburse to qualified students is one-time 资金.
